Preheat oven to 450ºF (230ºC).
Cut small slits in the surface of the leg of lamb and stud with the garlic cloves. Rub the outside of the leg of lamb with the oil and Naturísimo Complete Seasoning. Place in a roasting pan. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
Roast at preheated temperature for 20 minutes; then reduce the temperature to 350ºF (180ºC), and continue to roast for about 1 hour, or to desired doneness.
Remove the meat to a platter and allow to rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
Pour the Chicken broth and wine into the roasting pan and stir up the browned bits from the bottom of the pan. Bring to a boil over medium heat and cook until the volume has reduced by about one third and the juices have a syrupy consistency.
Slice the meat and serve with sauce.
