In a bowl, season chicken breast with green seasoning and MAGGI® Season Up Ginger and set aside (for best results marinate overnight)

In a large heavy bottomed pot, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
Add chicken breast and sear sides until golden brown in colour.
Remove chicken from the pot and set aside. -
Add onion, pimentos, garlic and ginger to the pot and sauté until fragrant.
Add potatoes, 4 cups hot water and MAGGI® Chicken Cubes and seared chicken breast.
Bring to a boil and allow to cook until the potatoes are tender. -
Remove chicken pieces, and shred in a small bowl. Set aside.
Remove pot from heat and using an immersion blender, blend the ingredients in the pot until smooth. -
Place the pot back on the stove over medium heat, add MAGGI® Thick and Spicy Chicken Noodle Soup, 2 cups hot water and whole kernel corn.
Cook for an additional 10 minutes. Top with chives. -
Serve immediately top with chives.
