Chocolate Avocado Pudding

Ingredients

  • 10 ounces Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1lb Avocado
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • ½ cup NESTLÉ Cream, chilled
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1/8 tsp Cinnamon powder

Instructions

    1. In a microwave safe bowl, melt chocolate in 30 second intervals, stirring after each interval until completely melted. Do not overheat chocolate.

    2. In a food processor, add avocado, vanilla extract, Cream, salt, Sweetened Condensed Milk, cinnamon, and melted chocolate.

    3. Blend until the mixture is smooth and well combined, scraping down the sides to ensure everything is incorporated.

    4. Remove mixture from the processor and place into bowls to chill for 15 minutes.

    5. Serve chilled and garnish as desired.
