Carrot Pineapple Loaf

Ingredients

  • 3 Cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 2 Teaspoons Cinnamon Powder
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Nutmeg Powder
  • 4 Units Eggs
  • 1 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 cup NESTLÉ® Sweetened Condensed Milk (395g)
  • 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
  • 3 Cups Carrots grated
  • 1 Cup Pineapple Chunks finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 1-9 inch loaf pan with pan spray and line with parchment paper

  2. In a mixing bowl combine all dry ingredients. In another mixing bowl whisk together eggs, oil, NESTLE SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK and add vanilla extract.

  3. Combine both dry and liquid mixture. Stir in grated carrots and pineapples.

  4. Line loaf pan with parchment paper. pour mixture into prepared pan 3/4 way full. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes. insert a tooth pick into the centre of the loaf to test doneness. if tooth pick comes out clean, the loaf is ready.
