Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 1-9 inch loaf pan with pan spray and line with parchment paper
In a mixing bowl combine all dry ingredients. In another mixing bowl whisk together eggs, oil, NESTLE SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK and add vanilla extract.
Combine both dry and liquid mixture. Stir in grated carrots and pineapples.
Line loaf pan with parchment paper. pour mixture into prepared pan 3/4 way full. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes. insert a tooth pick into the centre of the loaf to test doneness. if tooth pick comes out clean, the loaf is ready.
