- 3 Cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 2 Teaspoons Cinnamon Powder
- 1 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/4 Teaspoon Nutmeg Powder
- 4 Units Eggs
- 1 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 cup NESTLÉ® Sweetened Condensed Milk (395g)
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
- 3 Cups Carrots grated
- 1 Cup Pineapple Chunks finely chopped

Instructions
- 1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 1-9 inch loaf pan with pan spray and line with parchment paper
- 2.In a mixing bowl combine all dry ingredients. In another mixing bowl whisk together eggs, oil, NESTLE SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK and add vanilla extract.
- 3.Combine both dry and liquid mixture. Stir in grated carrots and pineapples.
- 4.Line loaf pan with parchment paper. pour mixture into prepared pan 3/4 way full. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes. insert a tooth pick into the centre of the loaf to test doneness. if tooth pick comes out clean, the loaf is ready.
