Preheat oven to 400˚F (200˚C) and line a baking tray with foil

In a bowl combine sweet potatoes, Season Up, olive oil, garlic, pepper flakes and rosemary. Mix to combine

Put potatoes onto foil lined sheet and bake for 30 mins or until cooked through.

In a saucepan, melt butter on low heat. When butter is melted stir until it turns a light brown and starts to smell nutty. Remove from heat.

When potatoes are done, drizzle with brown butter and serve.
