- 3 Pounds Sweet Potatoes (peeled and diced)
- 2 Packets MAGGI® Season-Up All Purpose (10g)
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic (minced)
- 1 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
- 2 Tablespoons Rosemary (chopped)
- 1/4 Cup Butter (melted)

Instructions
- 1.Preheat oven to 400˚F (200˚C) and line a baking tray with foil
- 2.In a bowl combine sweet potatoes, Season Up, olive oil, garlic, pepper flakes and rosemary. Mix to combine
- 3.Put potatoes onto foil lined sheet and bake for 30 mins or until cooked through.
- 4.In a saucepan, melt butter on low heat. When butter is melted stir until it turns a light brown and starts to smell nutty. Remove from heat.
- 5.When potatoes are done, drizzle with brown butter and serve.
