Jerk Chicken Legs

A popular seasoning blend in Jamaica often used to marinate different proteins which is then cooked over an open flame on pimento wood.

Ingredients

  • 2 Pounds Chicken Legs
  • 2 Tablespoons MAGGI® Pepper Sauce Hot N' Spicy
  • 3 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil to brush the grill

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken legs with the Jerk Seasoning and allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes

  2. Grill the chicken legs over medium heat, turning each chicken leg until cooked through and browned for 20 minutes.

  3. Serve hot accompanied by fried festival or rice and peas.
