In a mixing bowl, whisk eggs and NESTLE OMEGA MILK together, season eggs with MAGGI ALL PURPOSE SEASONING.

In a non-stick frying pan pour vegetable oil, heat oil over medium flame. Add sweet peppers and escallion, sauté for one (1) minute.

Add whisked eggs to pan, using a rubber spatula or wooden spoon, scramble eggs until it turns solid. Sprinkle cheese and incorporate until cheese completely melts. Remove from heat.

Assemble burritos by first distributing lettuce evenly among tortillas wraps. Top with scrambled eggs. Fold two ends in, and then tightly roll the wrap like a burrito.
