  • 3 Tablespoons MAGGI® Jerk Seasoning Hot N' Spicy
  • 1 Pound Minced Beef
  • 1 Medium Egg beaten
  • 1/4 Cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 Cubes MAGGI® Onion and Garlic Cubes dissolved in 1 1/2 cups warm water
  • 1 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 Teaspoons Thyme

Instructions

  • 1.Combine the Jerk Seasoning, minced meat, egg and breadcrumbs. Roll into 16 medium size meatballs.
  • 2.Heat a large skillet with oil of your choice before adding the meatballs and allowing to brown on each side for 3 minutes.
  • 3.Remove from the pan once cooked and place on a plate covered with foil. Repeat until all the meatballs are browned.
  • 4.Add the butter and flour into the pan and combine until the mixture has browned.
  • 5.Slowly whisk in the dissolved Onion & Garlic Seasoning Cubes, followed by the heavy cream and thyme.
  • 6.Allow to simmer for 3 minutes before reintroducing the meatballs into the sauce and allowing to simmer for an additionally 5 minutes. Serve hot over rice or noodles and enjoy with fresh herbs.
