- 1 Pound Chicken Breast Fillet (cleaned)
- 4 Teaspoons MAGGI ® Unique Chicken Seasoning
- 3 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Margarine
- 2 Tablespoons All-Purpose Flour
- 2 Cups CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk
- 2 Cubes MAGGI® Onion and Garlic Cubes
- 250 Grams Penne Pasta (or pasta of choice, cooked according to package instructions, saving 1 cup of pasta water for the sauce))
- 1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese (to taste)
- 2 Tablespoons Parsley (minced)

Instructions
- 1.In a bowl, season chicken with Maggi Unique Chicken, set aside.
- 2.In a large pan, heat oil and cook seasoned chicken for 3 minutes on each side or until they are fully cooked. Remove from pan.
- 3.In the same pan, melt margarine and add flour, to create a roux. Cook for 1 minute.
- 4.Slowly add Evaporated Milk and crumbled Onion and Garlic Cubes stirring constantly to create a smooth sauce.
- 5.Remove from heat and add the cheddar cheese, stir until melted and sauce thickens.
- 6.Adjust the creaminess of the sauce with reserved pasta water, before tossing the cooked pasta to the sauce.
- 7.Serve with chicken breast and top with parsley for garnish
