  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Onion Chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Red Bell Peppers Finely Chopped
  • 2 Cups Callaloo Finely Shredded
  • 1 Teaspoon MAGGI® Naturisimo Complete Seasoning
  • 1/2 Cup CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk
  • 6 Units Eggs

Instructions

  • 1.In a sauté pan, heat olive oil and sauté onion and red bell peppers until onions are translucent then add callaloo. Cook callaloo for 4 minutes. Season with MAGGI Naturisimo. Set aside and cool for 10 minutes
  • 2.Whisk eggs and CARNATION Evaporated Full Cream Milk together. Add cooked callaloo to eggs. Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
  • 3.Cook for 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 350 degrees F.
  • 4.Allow to cool for 5 minutes. Slice into to 4 slices.
