Paneer Bhurji MAGGI Noodles Recipe

Add a twist to MAGGI Masala Noodles with our easy Paneer Bhurji recipe. Add your favorite vegetables for a new flavor profile.

  • 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Unit Green Chili Peppers (chopped)
  • 1/2 Medium Onion (chopped)
  • 1 Small Tomato (diced)
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 Cube MAGGI® Vegetable Flavoured Seasoning Cubes
  • 1 Cup Paneer (grated)
  • 1 Packet MAGGI® 2-Minute Noodles (Masala)
  • 2 Tablespoons Cilantro Leaves or 1 tablespoon chadon beni (chopped)

Instructions

Step 1

  • 1.Heat the oil and sauté green chilies and onions till golden-brown. Add tomatoes and cook, until they turn soft. Then add turmeric powder MAGGI Vegetable Cube and the grated paneer, mix well.

Step 2

  • 2.Cook MAGGI Masala Noodles as per pack instructions. Top the cooked MAGGI Noodles with the Paneer Bhurji.

Step 3

  • 3.Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot.
