2 Minute Noodle Seafood Stir Fry

Mouth Watering Stir Fry for the Seafood Lovers. Taking a classic dish and making it soo much better!

Ingredients

Portions: 4

  • 1/2 Pound Shrimp,
  • 0.5 Pound Lobster Meat
  • 2 Tablespoon Garlic (sliced thin)
  • 1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce Made From Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein
  • 1/4 Cup Hoisin Sauce
  • 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Ginger (sliced thin)
  • 1/2 Cup Sesame Oil
  • 1/2 Small Onion (sliced)
  • 1 Pound (Pak-Choi), Raw
  • 1 Cup Carrots, Raw
  • 1 Cube MAGGI® Chicken Cube
  • 2 Packets MAGGI® 2-Minute Noodles (Masala)

Instructions

  • 1.Separate your seasonings (garlic, ginger) from the rest of your vegetables. Chop and place aside.
  • 2.In a bowl, mix the sauce, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, sugar sesame oil and white pepper.
  • 3.Season Shrimp and Lobster with MAGGI Unique Seafood. Then mix flour and cornstarch and dredge lobster and shrimp with mixture.
  • 4.Put 2 cups of oil in deep pan and wait until oil is hot (350F) . Drop shrimp and lobster in and fry until golden brown. Repeat until all is done.
  • 5.Boil water and cook noodles for 1 minute. Strain, run under cold water and set aside.
  • 6.Add ginger and garlic to pan with a little oil, add vegetables and stir fry for a few minutes just until soft
  • 7.Add a little oil to your pan and place your noodles in the pan, it should be sizzling, or the pan is not hot enough. Add some of the flavour packet from the noodles and let noodle fry for 2 minutes before adding sauce and tossing until noodles are coated. Set Aside.
  • 8.Add some more sauce to your pan and toss your seafood in the sauce.
  • 9.Add your noodles and vegetables back to the pan, top with your seafood, toss, top with sesame seeds and enjoy hot!
