  • 1 1/2 Cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 Medium Banana (mashed)
  • 1/2 Cup NESTLÉ® Green Butterfly Evaporated Milk
  • 2 Tablespoons Green Butterfly Sweetened Condensed Filled Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Strawberries (or berries of choice)
  • 1/2 Cup Apples (grated)
  • 1 Tablespoon Cocoa Powder
  • 1/4 Cup NESTLÉ® Toll House(since 1939) Semi-Sweet Morsels
  • 1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter
  • 1 Tablespoon Jam

Instructions

  • 1.In a medium mixing bowl, combine the oats, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, eggs, banana, Evaporated Milk and Sweetened Condensed Milk. Stir to combine thoroughly.
  • 2.Divide batter equally among 4 bowls.
  • 3.To one of the bowls, stir in the berries, to the second bowl stir in the grated apple. Add the cocoa powder and Chocolate Morsels to the third bowl and stir to combine. With the fourth bowl of batter, swirl in the nut butter and jam
  • 4.Fill a greased muffin pan with different oat mixtures (you should get 2 muffins in each flavour
  • 5.Bake in preheated oven at 350̊F (180̊C) for 12-15 minutes until tooth pick comes out clean when inserted into the middle of an oat cup.
  • 6.Let cool for 10 minutes before enjoying.
