  • 3/4 Cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 Packet MAGGI® Season-Up All Purpose (10g)
  • 3/4 Cup CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk (approximately)
  • 1 Head Cauliflower (cut into florets)
  • 1/2 Cup Barbecue Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons MAGGI® Green Seasoning Original
  • 1 Tablespoon MAGGI® Pepper Sauce Spicy with Chadon Beni
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic (minced)
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey

Instructions

  • 1.Preheat oven to 450˚F (235˚C) and line a baking tray with foil and lightly coat with oil/non-stick spray. Set aside.
  • 2.In a large bowl combine flour, Season Up All Purpose and Evaporated Milk to make a loose batter.
  • 3.Add cauliflower florets to the batter and toss to coat. Lay out onto prepared tray and bake for 20 minutes then remove from oven.

Making The Barbecue Sauce

  • 4.Mix together barbeque sauce, Green Seasoning, Chadon Beni Pepper Sauce, garlic and honey. Brush sauce onto hot cauliflower.
  • 5.Return cauliflower to the oven and bake for another 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool before serving.
