- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 1 Medium Onion (minced)
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic (minced)
- 2 Teaspoons Pimento/ Seasoning Peppers (minced)
- 2 Teaspoons Parsley (minced)
- 2 Tablespoons All-Purpose Flour
- 2 Cups CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk
- 2 Cubes MAGGI® Onion and Garlic Cubes
- 2 Pounds Mixed Provisions (boiled, peeled and sliced)
- 1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese (grated)

Instructions
- 1.In a pan heat butter and sauté onion, garlic, pimento peppers and parsley for 2 minutes.
- 2.Add flour and mix. Cook for 3 minutes. Add Evaporated Milk and Season Up. Stir constantly. Cook until sauce thickens.
- 3.In a buttered casserole dish, spread cooked provisions and pour sauce over. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
- 4.Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
- 5.Serve hot.
