  • 2 Large Eggs (slightly beaten)
  • 3/4 Cup Nestle 100% Low Fat Milk
  • 1/4 Cup MILO®
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
  • 4 Tablespoons Margarine
  • 8 Slices Whole Wheat Bread
  • 1 Cup Bananas (sliced)

Instructions

  • 1.In a bowl, combine eggs, Milk and MILO® and cinnamon powder until well incorporated.
  • 2.Heat a sauté pan to medium-high heat and add butter until melted.
  • 3.One at a time, dip whole wheat bread into the egg mixture, ensuring that both sides are coated well. Add to the hot pan and cook until golden brown. Flip and cook until golden brown on the other side. Set aside on a wire rack/plate. Repeat for remaining slices of bread.
  • 4.Serve hot, with slices of banana or fruit of choice!
