- 1 Cup Nestle 100% Low Fat Milk
- 1/2 Cup Vanilla Yoghurt
- 1/3 Cup MILO®
- 2 Mediums Bananas (preferably peeled, sliced & frozen)

Instructions
- 1.Add all ingredients to a blender.
- 2.Blend until smooth
