Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. In a mixing bowl, combine crumbed cookies and melted butter. Line muffin pans with cupcake liners. Evenly distribute MILO mixture among muffin cups and press firmly on bottom.

In a blender, combine cream cheese, NESTLE Sweetened Condensed Milk, vanilla essence and fillings from MILO Cookies. Add eggs one at a time on low speed. Finally, incorporate corn starch. Continue blending for 4 minutes on medium speed.

Using a spatula or wooden spoon, transfer batter to a mixing bowl then fold in MILO Cookies chunks

Pour batter into prepared muffin pans. Place a pan filled with water on the last rack of the oven. Bake cheesecake for 30 to 40 minutes. Chill for at least 2 hours. If desired, top with whipped cream.
