  • 1 Cup Whipped Cream
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Lime Zest
  • 1/4 Cup Sour Cream, Light
  • 1/2 Cup Lime Juice
  • 3 Units Egg, Yolk, Raw, Fresh
  • 1 Can Nestlé Sweetened Condensed Milk 395G Tin
  • 6 Tablespoons Butter
  • 2 Cups Nestlé® GOLD Flakes Cereal 390g Box

  • Preheat oven at 350°F (180°C)
  • Place Cereal in a processor grind until finely ground. Add butter, pulsing until combined. Press cereal mixture into bottom and up sides of a 9-inch pie plate; freeze for 10 minutes.
  • Bake for 12 minutes. Let cool completely.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together Sweetened Condensed Milk and remaining four ingredients until smooth. Pour mixture into prepared crust.
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until centre of pie is set. Let cool completely.
  • Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
  • Garnish with whipped cream.
