Preheat oven at 350°F (180°C)
Place Cereal in a processor grind until finely ground. Add butter, pulsing until combined. Press cereal mixture into bottom and up sides of a 9-inch pie plate; freeze for 10 minutes.
Bake for 12 minutes. Let cool completely.
In a large bowl, whisk together Sweetened Condensed Milk and remaining four ingredients until smooth. Pour mixture into prepared crust.
Bake for 15 minutes or until centre of pie is set. Let cool completely.
Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
Garnish with whipped cream.
