Ingredients

- 2 Cups Nestlé® GOLD Flakes Cereal 390g Box (crushed)
- 6 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
- 1 Can NESTLÉ® Sweetened Condensed Milk (395g)
- 1/2 Teaspoon Lime Zest
- 1/2 Cup Lime Juice
- 1/4 Cup Reduced Fat Sour Cream
- 3 Large Egg Yolk
- 1 Cup Whipped Cream (whipped)

Instructions
- 1.Preheat oven at 350°F (180°C)
- 2.Place Cereal in a processor grind until finely ground. Add butter, pulsing until combined. Press cereal mixture into bottom and up sides of a 9-inch pie plate; freeze for 10 minutes.
- 3.Bake for 12 minutes. Let cool completely.
- 4.In a large bowl, whisk together Sweetened Condensed Milk and remaining four ingredients until smooth. Pour mixture into prepared crust.
- 5.Bake for 15 minutes or until centre of pie is set. Let cool completely. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
- 6.Garnish with whipped cream.
