1. In a mixing bowl, combine the garlic, Season-Up Fish and 1 tbsp of the Jerk Seasoning with the shrimp and allow to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
2. In a pot of salted boiling water, add the pasta and cook for 8 minutes until done. Drain pasta and set aside until ready for use.
3. In a large enough sauté pan, melt the butter and sauté the marinated shrimp on high for 4 minutes.
4. Reduce the flames to a medium-low heat before adding the heavy cream, the remaining Jerk Seasoning and parmesan cheese to the pot. Allow to simmer for 5 minutes while the cheese melts.
5. Remove from the heat before adding the cooked pasta to pot, stir until fully incorporated. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
