Ingredients
1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
1 Pound Onion (julienned)
6 Ounces Celery (approx. 3/4 cup)
6 Units Garlic Cloves (crushed)
1 Pound Tomatoes (small diced)
1 Packet MAGGI® Flavour D’ Pot Crab Flavour (10g)
2 Tablespoons MAGGI® Green Seasoning Spicy
1 Pack MAGGI® Liquid Coconut Milk
2 Teaspoons Paprika
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1 Teaspoon MAGGI® Pepper Sauce Hot N' Spicy
2 Pounds Shrimp (deveined with shells on)
Instructions
1.
In a large sauté pan, heat oil gently and sauté onions till they become translucent.
2.
Add in the celery and garlic and sauté for another minute.
3.
Add tomatoes, MAGGI® Spicy Green Seasoning, MAGGI® Liquid Coconut Milk. Allow to come to a rapid boil.
4.
Add MAGGI® Flavour D’ Pot Crab and Black pepper. Reduce the flame and add the shrimp to the mixture.
5.
Cook shrimp for 8 minutes or until they turn a pinkish orange and begin to curl slightly.
6.
Serve hot and enjoy!
