Coconut Curried Shrimp

Ingredients
2 Pounds Shrimp (shelled and deveined)
2 Packets MAGGI® Season-Up Fish (10g)
1/4 Cup Green Seasoning
2 Tablespoons Curry Powder
1/4 Cup Water
2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
1 Tablespoon Garlic (minced)
1/4 Cup Onion (finely chopped)
1 Pack MAGGI® Coconut Milk Powder (dissolved into 1/2 cup warm water)
1 Cube MAGGI® Onion and Garlic Cube
2 Tablespoons Chadon Beni (finely chopped)
Instructions
1.
In a medium bowl season shrimp with Season Up and Green Seasoning. Marinate overnight or minimum 30 minutes.
2.
Combine Curry Powder with ¼ cup water and set aside
3.
Heat oil in heavy iron pot, add garlic and onion and cook until fragrant. Add curry paste and allow to cook 2-3 minutes or until thick.
4.
Slowly add Coconut Milk to the pot, stirring to incorporate. Cook for 2 minutes.
5.
Add shrimp, Cube and chadon beni, stirring to coat the shrimp in the coconut curry sauce.
6.
Cook on high heat for 3 minutes or until shrimp is cooked. Serve with white rice.
