Ingredients

  • 2 Pounds Shrimp (cleaned with MAGGI® Citrus Wash)
  • 2 Packets MAGGI® Season-Up Fish (10g)
  • 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic (minced)
  • 1 Teaspoon Ginger (minced)
  • 2 Teaspoons MAGGI® Pepper Sauce Spicy with Chadon Beni
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Tomato Paste (or ketchup)
  • 1 Cube MAGGI® Onion and Garlic Cube
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • 2 Teaspoons Granulated Sugar
  • 2 Teaspoons Cornstarch
  • 1/4 Cup Chive (minced, for garnishing)

Instructions

  • 1.  Season shrimp with Season Up and set aside.
  • 2.  Sauté garlic, ginger and Pepper Sauce in hot oil.
  • 3.  Mix remaining ingredients together in a small mixing bowl to make sauce.
  • 4.  Add sauce and shrimp to pot. Cook for approximately 5 minutes until shrimp is cooked and sauce thickens.
  • 5.  Serve hot topped with chives
