Ingredients

  • 2/3 Cup Split Peas
  • 6 Cups Water
  • 1 Unit Onion (chopped)
  • 3 Pieces Garlic (chopped)
  • 1 Stalk Chive (chopped)
  • 1 Stalk Celery, Raw (chopped)
  • 3 Tablespoons Pimento/ Seasoning Peppers (finely chopped)
  • 4 Units Corn on the Cob (cut into 1/4 inch rounds)
  • 1 Package MAGGI® Coconut Milk Powder (50g)
  • 4 Units Corn, Sweet, Yellow, Raw
  • 1 Unit Carrot (diced)
  • 1 Cup Pumpkin (diced)
  • 1 Unit Scotch Bonnet (whole)
  • 45 Grams Maggi® Soup it Up!® Vegetable SOUP MIX (1 pack)

Instructions

  • 1.  Pressure cook split peas in water with onions, garlic, chive, celery and pimento peppers for 10 minutes or until peas are tender.
  • 2.  Add MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder. Bring to a boil.
  • 3.  Add corn and remainder of ingredients. Cook until corn and vegetables are tender.
  • 4.  Add MAGGI Vegetable Soup and cook for 10 minutes.
  • 5.  Remove hot pepper before serving.
