1 Pound Potatoes
(peeled and diced into 1-inch cubes)
1 Packet Maggi® Soup it up! Chicken Noodle Soup Mix
1 Stalk Celery
(minced)
Instructions
1. In a bowl, season turkey wings with green seasoning and MAGGI® Season Up Chicken. Marinate for 20 minutes (for best results marinate overnight).
2. In a large heavy bottomed pot, heat 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, and sear turkey wings until all sides are golden brown. Remove from the pot and set aside.
3. Add remaining vegetable oil, onions, pimentos and garlic, cook until vegetables are soft.
4. Add black eyed peas and sauté for 2 minutes.
5. Add hot water, MAGGI® Chicken Cubes, carrots, potatoes and turkey wings.
6. Bring to a boil and cook until potatoes are almost fully cooked (approximately 8 minutes)
7. Add MAGGI® Soup It Up Chicken Noodle Soup and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
