Ingredients
1 Pound Boneless Chicken Breast (cubed)
4 Teaspoons MAGGI ® Unique Chicken Seasoning
2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
2 Tablespoons Butter
1/4 Cup Onion (diced)
1 Teaspoon Garlic (minced)
1 Cup Mushrooms (sliced)
2 Tablespoons All-Purpose Flour
2 1/2 Cups CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk
1/2 Teaspoon Oregano
2 Teaspoons Parsley (minced)
1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese (grated)
1 Cup Spinach Leaves (optional)
250 Grams Penne Pasta (or pasta of choice) cooked according to package instructions
Instructions
1.
In a bowl, season chicken breast with 2 teaspoons MAGGI® Unique Chicken Seasoning. Set aside.
2.
In a deep sauté pan, add vegetable oil and sear chicken breast chunks until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
3.
Add butter to the pan and add onion, garlic and mushrooms until mushrooms are cooked through.
4.
Add flour and mix. Cook for 2 minutes. Add CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk and remaining MAGGI® Unique Chicken Seasoning stirring constantly.
5.
Add cooked chicken, oregano, parsley and spinach cook until sauce thickens. Remove from heat add cheese and stir it in until the cheese melts.
6.
Add cooked pasta and serve hot.
