Ingredients

  • 3 Pounds Chicken legs and thighs
  • 2 Teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Paprika
  • 2 Teaspoons Spices, Thyme, Dried
  • 3 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 20 grams MAGGI® Season-Up! Chicken Powdered Seasoning (10g)

Instructions

  • 1.  In a mixing bowl, combine all dried ingredients. In a separate bowl rub chicken with vegetable oil, sprinkle dry rub over chicken.
  • 2.  Marinate for at least 1 hour. Remove on bowl and place on a baking tray.
  • 3.  Bake covered with foil for 20 minutes in an oven preheated at 350 degrees F.
  • 4.  After 20 minutes remove cover and bake uncovered for another 35 minutes until chicken is completely cooked, test with a thermometer to reach at least 165 degrees F.
  • 5.  Remove for oven and serve hot with your favourite sauce.
