Ingredients
2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1 Packet MAGGI® Season-Up Fish (10g)
1/2 Cup Onion (finely diced)
2 Tablespoons Pimento/ Seasoning Peppers (finely chopped)
1 Teaspoon Garlic (minced)
2 Tablespoons Chive/Escallion (finely chopped)
0.5 Pound Saltfish (boiled and deboned)
1 1/2 Cup Water
3 Cups Oil For Frying
Instructions
1.
In a medium bowl, mix flour, baking powder and MAGGI® Season Up Fish.
2.
Add onions, pimento peppers, garlic, chive and saltfish and stir to mix.
3.
Pour water into bowl and mix thoroughly. This should form a thick batter.
4.
Using a teaspoon, drop batter into hot oil and fry until golden brown. Approximately 3-4 minutes.
5.
Drain on paper towel after frying.
6.
Serve hot with dips of choice and enjoy!
