1. In a large bowl, season chicken legs with 2 tablespoons Season Up Chicken and Green Seasoning marinate for 45 minutes.
2. Whisk together eggs and Carnation Evaporated Milk in a bowl. Set aside
3. In a medium bowl combine all-purpose flour and remaining tablespoon Season Up Chicken.
4. Coat seasoned chicken in the flour mixture, then the egg mixture and finally in the flour mixture again, until all the chicken is coated.
5. In a large pot, bring oil to a deep-frying temperature (approx. 375˚F/190˚C). Shaking off the excess flour, carefully place coated chicken into the hot oil. Do not overcrowd the pot.
6. Fry until golden brown and cooked through (approximately 10 minutes per side) or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165˚F (75˚C). Drain excess oil on paper towels and repeat until all the chicken is fried. Serve hot.
