Ingredients

  • 4 Pounds Chicken Whole, cut into 10 pieces
  • 1 Cup Onion Chopped
  • 2 Sprigs Thyme Chopped
  • 2 Teaspoons Garlic Chopped
  • 2 Pieces Egg Beaten
  • 4 ounces CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk
  • 1 Cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil

Instructions

  • 1.  Place onion, thyme, scotch bonnet pepper, garlic and 1/3 cup oil in a blender and process until smooth.
  • 2.  Pour blended mixture over the chicken along with 2 tbsp of Maggi Chicken Season Up and leave to marinate for 45 minutes.
  • 3.  Whisk together eggs and Carnation Evaporated Milk in a blender.
  • 4.  Place bread crumbs in another bowl and season with 1 tbsp Maggi Chicken Season Up. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • 5.  Coat seasoned chicken in egg mixture then bread crumbs. Repeat in batches until all chicken is completely coated. Dust off excess bread crumbs.
  • 6.  Grease baking tray with vegetable oil. Place coated chicken on greased baking tray. Bake in a preheated oven for 45 minutes. Chicken should reach 165 degrees F when checked with an internal thermometer.
