Spanish Vegetable Rice

No more boring rice, let jazz it up with some Maggi Rice it Up, Spanish flavour.

Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Chopped
  • 5 Tablespoons Onion Chopped
  • 3 Cups Water
  • 12 grams MAGGI® Rice it Up Spanish Rice Seasoning
  • 2 Tablespoons Parsley Chopped
  • 1 1/2 Cup Rice
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter, unsalted
  • 1 Cup Mixed Vegetables

Instructions

  • 1.  Add oil to a heated pot then add onion, garlic and cook for about 2 minute. Add rice and stir until oil has coated the rice.
  • 2.  Add water to pot along with Maggi Spanish Rice it Up. Add butter and mixed vegetables. Cook until liquid evaporates completely, lower flame and cover pot with a tight lid.
  • 3.  Allow rice to cook for approximately 15 minutes or until tender.
  • 4.  Toss in chopped parsley once rice is cooked.
