Lobster Stuffing

Ingredients

  • 4 Ounces Lobster chunks (¼ lb )
  • 4 Cups Stale Bread (cut into cubes)
  • 2 Teaspoons Minced Garlic
  • 1/4 Cup Butter (melted)
  • 2 Tablespoons Thyme (minced)
  • 1 Teaspoon MAGGI® Season-Up All Purpose
  • 4 Slices Bacon (diced)
  • 1 Cup Onion (diced)
  • 1/4 Cup Bell Peppers (diced)
  • 1/2 Cup Chive/Escallion (minced)
  • 4 Cubes MAGGI® Vegetable Flavoured Seasoning Cubes (dissolved into 4 cups of hot water)

Instructions

  • 1.  In a large bowl, toss bread chunks with 1 teaspoon garlic, melted butter, thyme and MAGGI® Season Up All-Purpose.
  • 2.  Arrange on a sheet pan and toast at 350˚F (180˚C) for 10 mins. Until lightly toasted. Set aside.
  • 3.  In a large nonstick skillet, over medium low heat, fry bacon until crispy.
  • 4.  Add onion, bell/sweet peppers, chive/escallion & remaining garlic to the skillet and sauté until onions have softened.
  • 5.  Add lobster chunks and cook for 5 mins or until lobster is cooked through.
  • 6.  Add toasted bread to the skillet. Add MAGGI® Vegetable Stock stirring to combine.
  • 7.  Pour the stuffing into a greased baking pan and bake uncovered for 20 mins.
  • 8.  Serve and enjoy!
