Ingredients
4 Ounces Lobster chunks (¼ lb )
4 Cups Stale Bread (cut into cubes)
2 Teaspoons Minced Garlic
1/4 Cup Butter (melted)
2 Tablespoons Thyme (minced)
1 Teaspoon MAGGI® Season-Up All Purpose
4 Slices Bacon (diced)
1 Cup Onion (diced)
1/4 Cup Bell Peppers (diced)
1/2 Cup Chive/Escallion (minced)
4 Cubes MAGGI® Vegetable Flavoured Seasoning Cubes (dissolved into 4 cups of hot water)
Instructions
1.
In a large bowl, toss bread chunks with 1 teaspoon garlic, melted butter, thyme and MAGGI® Season Up All-Purpose.
2.
Arrange on a sheet pan and toast at 350˚F (180˚C) for 10 mins. Until lightly toasted. Set aside.
3.
In a large nonstick skillet, over medium low heat, fry bacon until crispy.
4.
Add onion, bell/sweet peppers, chive/escallion & remaining garlic to the skillet and sauté until onions have softened.
5.
Add lobster chunks and cook for 5 mins or until lobster is cooked through.
6.
Add toasted bread to the skillet. Add MAGGI® Vegetable Stock stirring to combine.
7.
Pour the stuffing into a greased baking pan and bake uncovered for 20 mins.
8.
Serve and enjoy!
