Ingredients
2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
1 Medium Carrot (diced)
1 Teaspoon Garlic (minced)
1 Can Whole Kernel Corn (drained)
1 Can Green Pigeon Peas (drained)
4 Cubes MAGGI® Vegetable Flavoured Seasoning Cubes (crumbled)
4 Cups Cooked Parboiled Rice (cooled)
2 Tablespoons Butter (or margarine)
1/4 Cup Finely Chopped Chive
Instructions
1.
In a large pot over medium heat, add vegetable oil.
2.
Add carrots and garlic, sauté for 1 minute. Add corn, peas and crushed MAGGI® Vegetable Cubes, cook until heated through.
3.
Add cooked rice and 2 tablespoons of butter.
4.
Stir the ingredients in the pot well until rice is heated through. Add chives.
5.
Serve and enjoy
