Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Medium Carrot (diced)
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic (minced)
  • 1 Can Whole Kernel Corn (drained)
  • 1 Can Green Pigeon Peas (drained)
  • 4 Cubes MAGGI® Vegetable Flavoured Seasoning Cubes (crumbled)
  • 4 Cups Cooked Parboiled Rice (cooled)
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter (or margarine)
  • 1/4 Cup Finely Chopped Chive

Instructions

  • 1.  In a large pot over medium heat, add vegetable oil.
  • 2.  Add carrots and garlic, sauté for 1 minute. Add corn, peas and crushed MAGGI® Vegetable Cubes, cook until heated through.
  • 3.  Add cooked rice and 2 tablespoons of butter.
  • 4.  Stir the ingredients in the pot well until rice is heated through. Add chives.
  • 5.  Serve and enjoy
