Instructions
Step 1
1. Heat the oil and sauté green chilies and onions till golden-brown. Add tomatoes and cook, until they turn soft. Then add turmeric powder MAGGI Vegetable Cube and the grated paneer, mix well.
Step 2
2. Cook MAGGI Masala Noodles as per pack instructions. Top the cooked MAGGI Noodles with the Paneer Bhurji.
Step 3
3. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot.
Use tofu instead of paneer
You may add Tofu instead of Paneer to manage the fat content.
