Creamy Garlic Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 2 Pounds Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 1/2 Tablespoons MAGGI® Naturisimo Complete Seasoning
  • 3 Tablespoons Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons Garlic minced
  • 1 Tablespoon Onion minced
  • 2 Cups CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Dried Parsley
  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Lime Juice

Instructions

  • 1.  Season the shrimp with one and a half tablespoon of Naturisimo Complete Seasoning and marinate for 10 minutes.
  • 2.  Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a heated sauté pan over medium-high heat and sauté shrimp just until cooked for 4 minutes. Remove from the pan and hold.
  • 3.  Add remaining butter to the pan, sauté the garlic and onions for 3 minutes before pouring in the Evaporated Milk, remaining Naturisimo seasoning, and parsley flakes. Bring the mixture to a simmer before adding the parmesan cheese.
  • 4.  Return shrimp to pot and toss in sauce, simmer for 3 minutes before removing from the heat and finishing with fresh lime juice. Serve hot over pasta or Basmati Rice.
