Linguine in Zesty Lemon Sauce

Ingredients
1 Tablespoon Butter
1/2 Tablespoon Lemon Zest
2 Tablespoons White Wine (or brandy)
1/4 Cup NESTLÉ® Cream
1/4 Cup CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 Cube MAGGI® Onion and Garlic Cube (crumbled)
225 Grams Linguine (cooked according to package instructions)
1/4 Cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
1 Tablespoon Parsley (chopped)
Instructions
1.
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter and ass lemon zest
2.
Add white wine (or brandy) and cook until the alcohol has evaporated.
3.
Add Cream, Evaporated Milk and lemon juice. Bring to a boil.
4.
Season with Onion & Garlic Cube, simmer for 2 minutes, then remove from heat.
5.
Add cooked linguine and parmesan cheese to the sauce and toss gently to coat.
6.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and extra cheese if desired.
