Linguine in Zesty Lemon Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Lemon Zest
  • 2 Tablespoons White Wine (or brandy)
  • 1/4 Cup NESTLÉ® Cream
  • 1/4 Cup CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 Cube MAGGI® Onion and Garlic Cube (crumbled)
  • 225 Grams Linguine (cooked according to package instructions)
  • 1/4 Cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 Tablespoon Parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  • 1.  In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter and ass lemon zest
  • 2.  Add white wine (or brandy) and cook until the alcohol has evaporated.
  • 3.  Add Cream, Evaporated Milk and lemon juice. Bring to a boil.
  • 4.  Season with Onion & Garlic Cube, simmer for 2 minutes, then remove from heat.
  • 5.  Add cooked linguine and parmesan cheese to the sauce and toss gently to coat.
  • 6.  Sprinkle with fresh parsley and extra cheese if desired.
