1. In a saucepan over medium heat melt butter, sauté onions and garlic with butter for approximately 20 seconds. Stir in flour to make a paste.
2. Using a whisk carefully incorporate CARNATION EVAPORATED FULL CREAM MILK. When mixture begins to thicken lower heat. Season sauce with MAGGI NATURISIMO.
3. Add penne pasta and mixed vegetables to sauce cook for five (5) minutes, remove from heat. Toss in parmesan cheese.
