Ingredients

  • 1 Pack Fettuccini (pasta of your choice), 9 oz
  • 3 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoon MAGGI® Chicken Stock (dissolved in 1.5 cup of hot water)
  • 1 Teaspoon MAGGI® Naturisimo Complete Seasoning
  • 1 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 Cups Cooked Chicken Breast (cubed)

Instructions

  • 1.  Cook fettuccine pasta in a pot of salted boiling water for 8 minutes or until firm to the bite. Drain and set aside until ready for use.
  • 2.  Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat; stir in flour, whisk in heavy cream, and MAGGI® Chicken Flavoured Stock.
  • 3.  Continue whisking mixture until smooth and free from lumps. Add MAGGI® Naturisimo Complete Seasoning and simmer for 8 minutes or until mixture thickens, stirring constantly.
  • 4.  Remove from the heat and add parmesan cheese. Stir in cooked chicken breast and cooked fettuccine pasta.
  • 5.  Garnish and serve hot with garlic bread.
