1 1/2 Teaspoon MAGGI® Chicken Stock
(dissolved in 1.5 cup of hot water)
1 Teaspoon MAGGI® Naturisimo Complete Seasoning
1 Cup Heavy Cream
1/2 Cup Parmesan cheese, grated
2 Cups Cooked Chicken Breast
(cubed)
Instructions
1. Cook fettuccine pasta in a pot of salted boiling water for 8 minutes or until firm to the bite. Drain and set aside until ready for use.
2. Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat; stir in flour, whisk in heavy cream, and MAGGI® Chicken Flavoured Stock.
3. Continue whisking mixture until smooth and free from lumps. Add MAGGI® Naturisimo Complete Seasoning and simmer for 8 minutes or until mixture thickens, stirring constantly.
4. Remove from the heat and add parmesan cheese. Stir in cooked chicken breast and cooked fettuccine pasta.
