1. In a large bowl make an ice water bath and place on the counter.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk NESTLE® Sweetened Condensed Milk and egg yolks until thoroughly combined.
3. In another bowl, combine water and flour.
4. Add flour mixture to egg mixture and all remaining ingredients. Transfer to a small sauce pot.
5. Cook on low heat, stirring constantly, until thick (approximately 15 minutes)
6. As soon as it reaches this point, remove from the heat stirring continuously and place pot into the ice water bath on the counter, ensuring that none of the cold water gets into the pot. Continue to stir until it has cooled down.
7. Place a piece of plastic wrap directly onto the top of the custard and place in the refrigerator to cool completely.
8. Serve cold with fresh fruit or toppings of choice.
