Brown Butter Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 3 Pounds Sweet Potatoes (peeled and diced)
  • 2 Packets MAGGI® Season-Up All Purpose (10g)
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic (minced)
  • 1 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • 2 Tablespoons Rosemary (chopped)
  • 1/4 Cup Butter (melted)

Instructions

  • 1.  Preheat oven to 400˚F (200˚C) and line a baking tray with foil
  • 2.  In a bowl combine sweet potatoes, Season Up, olive oil, garlic, pepper flakes and rosemary. Mix to combine
  • 3.  Put potatoes onto foil lined sheet and bake for 30 mins or until cooked through.
  • 4.  In a saucepan, melt butter on low heat. When butter is melted stir until it turns a light brown and starts to smell nutty. Remove from heat.
  • 5.  When potatoes are done, drizzle with brown butter and serve.
