  • 3 Units Egg Yolk
  • 6 Fluid ounce CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk
  • 2 Teaspoons Vanilla Essence
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
  • 1/3 Teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
  • 3 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 6 Slices Hardo Bread
  • 4 Tablespoons Butter
  • 3 Ounces Powdered Sugar

Instructions

  • 1.In a mixing bowl, combine wet ingredients until fully combined before whisking in all dry ingredients excluding the bread, butter and icing sugar
  • 2.Take each bread slice and dip into the egg mixture and allowing it to absorb.
  • 3.Melt the butter as needed on a griddle or pan and cook on each side for 4 minutes until golden brown.
  • 4.Slice diagonally and top with Icing sugar or fresh fruits.
