- 2 Tablespoons Flax Seeds (dissolved in 5 tablespoons water)
- 4 Pieces Ripe Bananas
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
- 2 Teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence
- 1/4 Cup Oil, Coconut
- 1 1/2 Cup Wheat Flour, Whole-Grain
- 1/2 Cup Oatmeal
- 1/4 Cup NESTLÉ® Toll House(since 1939) Semi-Sweet Morsels
- 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Cup CHEERIOS® Whole Oats Cereal 340g Box chopped
- 1/4 Cup Oil, Coconut

Instructions
- 1.Combine flax seed with water for flax egg in a large mixing bowl. Let set for 5 minutes.
- 2.Add banana and mash. Add brown sugar, baking soda, salt and whisk together. Stir in vanilla and coconut oil. Add flour, oatmeal and NESTLE TOLLHOUSE SEMI SWEET CHOCOLATE MORSELS.
- 3.Pour batter into a greased 9 in. X 4 in. tin.
- 4.Prepare crumble by mixing and ingredients together, until it resembles wet sand. Generously top loaf with crumble
- 5.Bake for 17 to 22 minutes or until top is golden brown and a toothpick or knife comes out clean. Let cool for a few minutes, remove from loaf tin and serve warm.
