Divine Baked Potato

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup CARNATION Light Evaporated Milk
  • 1 Teaspoon Vinegar
  • 4 Large Potatoes baked or boled in their skins, each weighs ½ lb
  • 1 Cup Diced cooked chicken breast
  • 1/2 Cup Broccoli florets stemmed
  • 2 MAGGI Chicken Bouillon Cubes crumbled
  • 1/2 Cup Grated Carrot
  • 1 Cup Grated Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Combine CARNATION EVAPORATED Milk and vinegar and set aside.

  2. Carefully scoop potato from the skin, leave the skin intact and set aside.

  3. In a large bowl, combine scooped potatoes, flaked chicken breast, broccoli, Bouillon Cubes and milk mixture.

  4. Fill the potato skins with the potato mixture; sprinkle the tops with grated cheese.

  5. Bake at 375°F(180°C).for 15 minutes. Serve with a glass of ORCHARD Fruit Punch.
