- 3 Cups All-Purpose Flour
- 2 1/4 Cups Granulated Sugar
- 1 Cup Water
- 3/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 4 Units Eggs whisked
- 4 ounces CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk
- 1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter 1 stick
- 2 Teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1/2 Tablespoon Baking Powder
- 4 ounces NESTLÉ® Toll House(since 1939) Semi-Sweet Morsels

Instructions
- 1.Preheat oven at 350 degrees F. using pan spray grease 1-9 inch baking tin.
- 2.In a sauce pan over medium heat bring to a simmer, butter, water and oil. set aside and allow to cool. combine flour, sugar, baking powder, NESTLE TOLLHOUSE SEMI SWEET CHOCOLATE MORSELS and NESTLE TOLLHOUSE COCOA POWDER
- 3.Add butter mixture to flour. fold in whisked eggs gradually.
- 4.Dissolve baking soda in NESTLE CARNATION EVAPORATION FULL CREAM MILK. Add to the above
- 5.Pour batter in prepared pan. bake for 40-45 minutes or until a tooth pick when inserted comes out clean.
