Christmas Pudding
Christmas Pudding is often enjoyed in the Caribbean and British households during the Christmas season with friends and family.
Ingredients

- 0.5 Pound Butter
- 3/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/3 Cup NESTLÉ® Sweetened Condensed Milk (395g)
- 1 Tablespoon Browning
- 2 Teaspoons Vanilla Essence
- 6 Units Eggs
- 1 1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Mixed Spice for Baking
- 2 1/2 Cups Red Label Wine
- 3 1/2 Cups Mixed Fruits soaked and drained

Instructions
- 1.Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease 2 9×5” and line with grease-proof paper.
- 2.Cream butter and sugar, by hand or using an electric mixer, until light and fluffy. Add Sweetened Condensed Milk and mix on low speed.
- 3.Add browning, vanilla, and eggs one at a time and mix on low until combined well.
- 4.In a separate bowl, combine all dry ingredients - flour, baking powder, salt, and mixed spices for baking.
- 5.Add dry ingredients in three parts alternating with one and a half cup of the red label wine. Fold in mixed fruits and pour batter equally into the prepared baking pans
- 6.Bake for 1 hour or until the knife comes out clean when placed in the centre. Add remaining 1 cup of red wine over the cake once finished and allow to rest.
