Shrimp Alfredo Pasta

Mouth Watering Shrimp Alfredo Pasta that's perfect for a mid-week snack!

Ingredients

Portions: 4

  • 3 Cups Pasta of choice
  • 12 Ounces Shrimp,
  • 2 Tablespoons DLT Butter
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Small Onion
  • 1 1/2 Cup Tomato Sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon Spices, Basil, Dried
  • 1 Teaspoon MAGGI ® Unique Seafood Seasoning
  • 1/4 Teaspoon DLT Maggi® Season-Up!® All Purpose
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 Teaspoon Spices, Pepper, Black
  • 1/2 Pack MAGGI® Coconut Milk Powder (50g)
  • 1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Cheese, Parmesan, Grated
  • 1/3 Head Garlic

Instructions

  • 1.Season Shrimp with the MAGGI ® Unique Seafood Seasoning.
  • 2.Cook the pasta to al dente according to package instructions, drain but save some of the pasta water for later.
  • 3.Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the butter and olive oil.
  • 4.Once the butter has melted, add the onion and shrimp and cook for 4-5 minutes, remove shrimp and allow to rest.
  • 5.Add the tomato sauce, MAGGI® Season up All Purpose, dried basil, sugar, red chili flakes, salt and pepper to taste.
  • 6.Add Milk, Cheddar and Parmesan (save some cheese for garnish).
  • 7.Add the cooked shrimp, cooked pasta, toss and combine for a few minutes. If sauce is too thick add a splash of pasta water.
  • 8.Garnish with left over cheese. Serve hot and enjoy the delicious flavors.
