  • 200 Grams Pipe Rigate (or Pasta of Choice) (cooked according to package instructions)
  • 1 Pound Ground Beef
  • 1 Packet MAGGI® Season-Up All Purpose (10g)
  • 1/4 Cup MAGGI® Green Seasoning Original
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • 1/4 Cup Onion (finely diced)
  • 2 Tablespoons Garlic (minced)
  • 1 Tablespoon Pimento/ Seasoning Peppers (minced)
  • 4 Tablespoons Tomato Paste
  • 1 Can Tomato Puree (10.75 oz)
  • 4 1/2 Cups Boiling Water
  • 1/2 Tablespoon MAGGI® Naturisimo Complete Seasoning
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 Pack Maggi Soup It Up! Vegetable Soup Mix 45G Sachet
  • 1/2 Cup CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan cheese (grated)

Instructions

  • 1.In a medium bowl, season beef with Season Up and Green Seasoning and allow to marinate.
  • 2.In a large pot, heat oil and butter and sauté onion, garlic and pimento/ seasoning peppers until tender.
  • 3.Add minced beef to the pot and cook until all sides are browned, then add tomato paste and cook for 2 minutes.
  • 4.Add tomato puree, water, Naturisimo Complete Seasoning and red pepper flakes into the pot, stirring to incorporate and bring to a boil.
  • 5.Add Soup It Up and cook for an additional 7 minutes.
  • 6.Remove from heat and slowly stir in Evaporated Milk and cooked pasta. Serve hot with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese.
