- 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 3 Tablespoons Pimento/ Seasoning Peppers (diced)
- 4 Units Garlic Cloves (diced)
- 1 Stalk Celery (diced)
- 0.5 Pound Saltfish rinsed and boiled once (to remove some salt)
- 1/4 Cup Pumpkin (diced)
- 1/2 Cup Nature's Heart Almond Unsweetened Drink
- 4 1/2 Cups Water
- 1 Packet MAGGI® Soup It Up! Fish Tea
- 1 Medium Carrot (cut into rounds)
- 2 Sprigs Thyme
- 4 Sprigs Chive/Escallion (chopped)
- 2 Tablespoons Lime Juice (to taste)
- 1 Tablespoon MAGGI® Pepper Sauce Hot N' Spicy
- 1/2 Cup NESQUIK® Chocolate Flavoured Cereal
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cayenne pepper
- 1 Teaspoon MAGGI® Season-Up Ginger

Instructions
- 1.Heat a medium stock pot over medium high heat.
- 2.Add oil and sauté onion, garlic and celery until onions are translucent.
- 3.Add saltfish, pumpkin, Nature’s Heart Almond Drink Unsweetened®, water, MAGGI® Soup It Up Fish Tea and bring to a boil for 5 minutes.
- 4.Reduce to a simmer, add carrots, thyme and chive/escallion.
- 5.Add lime juice and pepper sauce to taste.
- 6.In a food processor combine NESQUIK® Cereal, Cayenne Pepper and MAGGI® Season Up Ginger.
- 7.Serve soup hot with spiced NESQUIK® powder.
