Ingredients
1 1/2 Cup Basmati Rice
5 Tablespoons Onion Finely, Diced
3 Cups Water
1 Tablespoon Butter, unsalted
3 Tablespoons Parsley Chopped
Instructions
1.
Add butter to a heated pot then add onion and cook for about 2 minutes. Add rice and stir until butter has coated the rice.
2.
Add water to pot along with the pack of MAGGI RICE IT UP SAFFRON.
3.
Cook until liquid evaporates completely, lower flame and cover pot with a tight lid.
4.
Allow rice to cook for approximately 15 minutes or until tender.
5.
Toss in chopped parsley once rice is cooked.
