Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Cup Basmati Rice
  • 5 Tablespoons Onion Finely, Diced
  • 3 Cups Water
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter, unsalted
  • 3 Tablespoons Parsley Chopped

Instructions

  • 1.  Add butter to a heated pot then add onion and cook for about 2 minutes. Add rice and stir until butter has coated the rice.
  • 2.  Add water to pot along with the pack of MAGGI RICE IT UP SAFFRON.
  • 3.  Cook until liquid evaporates completely, lower flame and cover pot with a tight lid.
  • 4.  Allow rice to cook for approximately 15 minutes or until tender.
  • 5.  Toss in chopped parsley once rice is cooked.
